However, if you have misplaced your Aadhaar number or EID, you can still retrieve it using your name and date of birth through the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) website or through the mAadhaar app. Here's how you can do it:

Through UIDAI Website:

1. Visit the UIDAI website: UIDAI Official Website
2. Look for the "Retrieve Lost UID/EID" option on the homepage.
3. Click on the appropriate option based on whether you want to retrieve Aadhaar number (UID) or Enrolment ID (EID).
4. Enter your full name, registered email address, and registered mobile number.
5. Enter the security code as displayed on the screen.
6. Click on "Send OTP."
7. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
8. After verification, UIDAI will send your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID to your registered email address or mobile number.

Through mAadhaar App:

1. Download and install the mAadhaar app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app and tap on the "Retrieve UID/EID" option.
3. Enter your full name, registered mobile number, and the security code displayed.
4. Tap on "Send OTP."
5. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
6. After verification, you will be able to view your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID on the app.

Once you have your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID, you can proceed to download your Aadhaar card from the UIDAI website by following these steps:

2. Look for the "Download Aadhaar" option on the homepage.
3. Enter your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID, full name, PIN code, and the security code displayed.
