By Visiting Service Centre:

You can visit any PAN service centre and submit a request to link your Aadhaar with PAN. Carry your Aadhaar card, PAN card, and any other documents that may be required for verification.

Through NSDL or UTIITSL Website:

You can also link your Aadhaar with PAN through the websites of NSDL or UTIITSL, which are authorized service providers for PAN-related services.
