  3. Select "Download Aadhaar": Under the Aadhaar Services section, find and click on the "Download Aadhaar" option.
  4. Enter Aadhaar Details: On the "Download Aadhaar" page, you'll be prompted to enter your Aadhaar number, VID (Virtual ID), or EID (Enrollment ID), along with other required details such as your full name, PIN code, and the security code displayed on the screen.
  5. Request OTP: After entering the necessary details, click on the "Request OTP" button. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar.
  6. Enter OTP: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number in the designated field on the website and click on "Submit."

  8. Open and Verify: Open the downloaded PDF file using a PDF viewer application. To access the e-Aadhaar, you'll need to enter the password. The password consists of the first four letters of your name in capital letters followed by your birth year (YYYY). For example, if your name is "John" and your birth year is 1990, the password will be "JOHN1990."
  9. Print if Necessary: If you need a physical copy of the e-Aadhaar, you can print it using a printer. The printed copy is equally valid for various purposes where Aadhaar is required.

Ensure that you keep your Aadhaar details secure and avoid sharing them with unauthorized individuals or websites. If you encounter any issues during the download process, you can reach out to UIDAI for assistance through their helpline or website.
